A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed.
