"Working with Will from Providence Builder group was fantastic from phone call one. He explained the process with great detail, listened to my concerns about the conception of the project and communicated in a timely and professional manner throughout! I was reluctant to do any additional work on my house because of previous experience but this time with Will and Providence it was an absolute pleasure and I would 100% call him first before any home project I may have. The crew was on time, punctual, respectful and did exactly what he said they were going to do. My storm shelter was installed in one day and this included taking down and putting back up my fence! The site was cleaned very well and it was like nothing happened to the fence which I was very happy about! Highly recommend these guys! Thanks again!"

"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm.
