After my experience with this company, I'm thrilled to know a contractor I have complete trust in. Bill was excellent. He was communicative and honest through the whole process of repairing my house and building a large back deck for us. He was easy-going, kind and above and beyond helpful. I am extremely happy with the work he did here and will be having him back soon for more home improvement projects. A big shout out to Chad and David also! Cheers, guys!

Bill came out and looked at my job, gave me a good quote, and let me know when he could start the work. He kept me updated as to delays due to bad weather and got to work as soon as weather permitted. After getting in to the job, he let me know that the damage wasn't as extensive as he thought and that the job would come in under budget! The job was completed in a timely fashion, looks great, and did, in fact, come in under budget. I would highly recommend Bill Warrick and his team for any work around your home.

Called Mr. Handy at 11AM to find someone to repair a burglarized door. Warrick's arrived at 11:30AM and was gone by Noon. That's phenomenal.

Warrick's Maintenance did a wonderful job on my master bath. I still can't believe this is the same bathroom. They started on time and finished on time. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor, it was actually fun.

The guys were wonderful. They finished off an upstairs office, built a wall in our basement, and installed bamboo flooring in three of our bedrooms. They were professionals from beginning to end. They were able to explain what needed to be done and even checked for other issues we might face in the future with our home. I will definitely call them again for future home improvement projects.

Warrick's did an amazing job with multiple projects including brickwork on our chimney and interior wall repair. He was honest and courteous from the start and throughout the entire project. When we were faced with an unforeseen problem, he came up with two suggestions, one was a less expensive alternative and the other was to fix it right so that it would never happen again. Warrick's will be my first call for my next project and I would recommend them to anybody.

William quickly responded to my needs and identified the problem. Although it could have been fixed, I opted to not fix it at the time and William did exactly what I asked him to. A professional good job!

I used Warrick's Maintenance for several small handyman pojects. They worked with me on my time constraints and schedule and made every effort to see that I was satisfied with the completed work. I would highly recommend this company for any jobs needing a trustworthy handyman. My plans are to have them back after the first of the year to build shelves, paint and handle several other projects for my new home. My goal was to find a company I could depend on and trust to do the job right. I feel that I have found that company with Warrick's Maintenance.
