I was very satisfied. I'd give them A's on all categories.

I don't know how to compare the price that they charged me. I was a little surprised. They were putting in freon and they put something else in and I didn't realize it was going to be that expensive and cost as much as it did. It's working, so it's fine, it's working. I've used them for years. There was a service charge. I've used them for several years. They've replaced several units for us. I've used them for a long time.

They were just fine.

It was included with an air conditioner checkup. It's $190 for two units, upstairs and downstairs units. I have used them ever since we moved in here, 14 years ago. I've always had good service. It has always been good service. They installed the furnace in the house that we purchased and they do a good job. What more can you ask of a company? All the workers we came in contact with were fine.

We have been using them for 6 years now. We use them twice a year. Spring and fall. They are excellent. I have a favorite tech named Kristen. She leaves the area very clean.

I bought my house 6 years ago and the people that did the initial heating and A/C are the ones I use. They've been very responsive and they've been very honest. I've had very good luck with them so I have no reason to change.
I would tell others that they are punctual, honest in their assessment and I would recommend them.

I don't have a complaint. 

We've always used American Heating and Cooling. They're very reliable. I trust them to tell me the truth and not rip me off.

I have used them for about 10 years. Their price, service and timeliness stands out the most.

I had American Heating do my spring and fall tune-ups, which also qualified me for their Priority Club. They tell you that when you are part of the Priority Club you become a priority customer when calling and that you get 24-hour emergency service. I called at 10pm because my unit was not working and the person who called me back said he would not be able to get to my house
until the next day. He then told me I would be his third customer so he did not know when he would get to me. Once I told him what the problem was with my unit he said that he probably would not be able to fix it because he does not have those parts. I will be going with another company to service my units in the future.

I pay about $200 for a year. I use only one person and that's Mike Hart. I really like the way he does things, he's thorough, does an excellent job and that is why I keep on using him. I've been using him for 10 years and there was no issues. Their price is a little high. He's kind of backed up a lot but that's not he's fault because I just use him and I don't want anybody else.

They have done a great job for me. I find their work rather inexpensive, they only do what they need to do. I had my heat go out on my 12 year old furnace. They replaced the unit and I have not had any problems since. I find them to be very honest with the work and to do not try to upsell me on unneeded services.

The young man arrived on time and was knowledgeable of the work to be performed. Very friendly and helpful. He verified possible causes and went the extra mile to insure we were not being and quot;over servicedand quot;.

First attempt to call was after 4:00pm on a Tuesday evening (after hours), so I was prompted to leave a voicemail for a return call the next day. We spent the night without air-conditioning in 85 degree weather.
Second attempt to call was at 7:01am on Wednesday morning. Guy answers the phone and condescendingly says, and quot;Well ma'am, its no wonder your unit is having a problem. It's a machine you know. It requires regular maintenance just like getting an oil change in your car. Best we can do is get a technician out there today after 3pm to see what's wrong.and quot; I scheduled the appointment, went to work in the morning and took the afternoon off to let them in. Guy laughs at me and says, and quot;Ain't nothing I can do ma'am. It's frozen. Gonna have to come back tomorrow, and best we can do is 3pm tomorrow.and quot; We spend another sleepless night without air-conditioning in 85 degree weather, this time with the windows open and it's allergy season. AWESOME!
Third attempt: I go to work in the morning and take my second set of 4 hours of PTO that afternoon to go home and let them in. Technician looks it and says the evaporator coil is leaking. He filled it up with freon to get it running again and said and quot;someone will call you to schedule an appointment to replace the evaporator coil. It's a 4 hour job.and quot; So at this point I've used 8 hours of PTO and the problem has yet to be fixed.
I called another company and they were so appreciative of my business, much more respectful of my time, and were out as quickly as possible to repair my air-conditioning unit.
I will never recommend American Heating and Cooling or work with them again.

They were excellent. I am very satisfied. They are very personable. I did a lot of research and comparisons and went with them.

It went fine.
