Joe came in right in the middle of Covid 19 catastrophe, mask on an very aware of the protocols and was professional and kind. Joe was able to fix one of the blinds right on the spot. The larger blind was the worry, the blind had been discontinued so he was going to search the internet for the parts. Joe advised me it would be at least two weeks and could be longer, less than a week later Joe called and asked when he could come over and complete the job.
