Unfortunately, we were not previously aware that in order to receive the streaming services we subscribed to, we would need to set up a ROKU account and then go thru the process of connecting each individual streaming service. Instead of giving us a few extra minutes to do this, they stated that it was a very easy process in which we could handle ourselves. I am sure this is correct for most people. However, as i explained to them, I am 80 years old and completely inept at technology. As I explained, **you need to draw me a picture**.
