I paid a $4000 deposit and never received the windows. They are very unprofessional, and the sales rep that came to my house (Gage) tried to blame it on me saying I dropped the ball I will NEVER recommend Champion windows to anyone.

I sold my home recently. And my next purchase i was looking for a house that need some updating and remodeling wanting to take on a project for the 1st time and see how it turns out. I found the home that fit the criteria I wS looking for so after purchasing my home ,went through and made list of all I was wanting and needed to do. The original windows were still in the home which was built in 1970. Being a priority for replacing the windows I called around and had 3 different companies suggested make appointments to come out look and give estimates. Champion being one of those companies was the 1st out of 3 to come out. Their salesman Sam introduced himself came in did a walk through and then we sat down for him to go over and explain Champions windows and what they had to offer. Sam was very thorough and demonstrated the products advantage over others. Along with comparing warranty with other companies. Iam a Veteran of US Army. A combat Veteran serving in Iraq 2004 - 2006. Sam noticed some of my medals and awards that were laying out and wanted to thank me for my service. I don't know why or what got it started, God works in mysterious ways. But. Got to talking about my military career and my involvement in Iraq. Talking about the war after the war and my trials and struggles that came home with me. I felt as though Sam was a life long friend not just a salesman for Champion . Something I don't usually talk about with family much less a stranger seem to be like a normal everyday conversation. I noticed him getting g emotional on a certain occasion and very attentive to listening to what I wS saying. After all was done he stood up shook my hand and wanted me to know how much he appreciated me talking with him. I was kibda blown back myself because that doesn't happen much at all in professional settings and here ism pouring out to Sam. Again God knows guess when things are needed. Do he asked what I thought about their product. I stopped him right there. Told him you have a great product from what you presented. Nit seei g any other companies yet. I told there would be no need I wanted to sign a contract with Champion. To me having a great product is one thing. But having a great person who took the time listen was worth far more than the windows. So, I know this a long review.but thought you needed to hear tge story about not only the best windows around. But. To me tge best staff u ever had the pleasure to be involved with. From start to finish . Purchase to installing the windows. Nothing but knowledge , profffesionalism and courtesy with Champion and absolutelyive the windows and blown away tge difference it has made to my home. If you need windows , don't let there be an option. Champion hands down are the best. Thank you. Todd S.

I hired them on Feb 21, 2022. The salesperson said they had supply chain issues and it might be 12 to 16 weeks. I agreed. In late May, I reached out and the receptionist said someone from the installation department would be contacting me within 48 hours. William contacted me and said he hadnâ  t heard anything about my order yet but would let me know when it arrives. Two weeks after that I received a postcard saying my order was received and being custom made at the Champion Factory in Ohio. (This is bizarre): TWO DAYS later, the day before yesterday, when I was out, 3 huge pallets were delivered to my house without any prior communication and from a completely different company. I had no idea what was happening. Yesterday I called the company at the number on the postcard and she said, yes, my siding is being custom built right now. I told her I received the other companyâ  s siding and she said maybe I received the wrong order. She was clueless. Several hours later William , the installer from the local branch said he heard my siding was delivered. He informed me it would be at least 3 weeks before they could get to the installation process. So, I have to wait three weeks with this huge stuff in my driveway completely in the way my every day life. If I could, I would like a complete refund and be excused from the contract. CAN YOU HELP ME? This is the most disorganized business I have ever dealt with. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Complete lack of communication. Quick install, expensive but quality is.

Over priced and pushy sales person. I won?t be calling them back.

Did everything promised...fast install, cleaned up...already seeing that a/c runs less!

Exceptional installers product was great. Happy with everything!!

Customer Service was terrible, the Salesman gave me the wrong information on my HOA which stalled the project, a project that was supposed to be done in 6 to 8 weeks turned into 12 weeks and management didn't care.

Great Salesman. Installers clean up everything as they went. Updated the trim spent 4 days and made sure the inside and out were really nice to our satisfaction.

The installation team will only work 4 hours a day... unacceptable

The workers were nice and cleaned up .Windows are guaranteed for life for breakage and workmanship.

Uses outside contractors for actual installation. Communication between contractors /install manager /customer needs improvement. Quality of product excellent. Quality of installation good. Contractor even pointed out options for better anesthetics.

Very slow getting the windows installed. Quality of work was good. Installers were professional.

Very prompt and easy to work with. All our options were discussed and all our questions were answered. Update: We ended up replacing all the screens on our porch with windows to create a sunroom.
