"Brad Rogers and his painting crew were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home and its contents.  We can't say enough about how well the job was done.  Wade, Brad's foreman, is the consummate perfectionist.  He monitored each and every detail of the job to make sure it was done to his satisfaction.  We initially hired Brad to paint the interior of our home, but after seeing what a great job his crew had done, we added painting of our garage walls and floor.  This was not an easy job for them.  The paint job the previous owners had put on the walls was awful.  Paint splotches on the white crown molding, baseboards and interior doors. Also inconsistent coverage of the wall paint.  Brad's crew worked very hard to cover all these problems and now the home looks like new.  In fact several people have asked if this was a new home based on how well the painting was done. The home is actually 7 years old. We bought it in July and stayed in our apartment until the painting and other remodel projects were done.  We highly recommend Brad Rogers to anyone needing painting services.

I referred them to Pro Building because they did work for me before and did a great job for me. Pro Building and their exceptional team came in and not only dried out the property but also moved them out and put them into temporary housing (billed the carrier-not my niece). They took care of everything with the carrier and were able to get everything paid for with them only owing their deductible ($1,000). When I tell you this house turned out incredible, I mean it! "They did a great job. They showed up when they said they would and their estimate of how long it would take was accurate. They replaced the faulty flashing where the siding meets the roof. They also replaced the damaged roof decking. Since then, our attic had been dry."

The cost was very reasonable, and she was very responsive (returned my calls, showed up the next day to give me an estimate), and provided design ideas regarding the tile around my tub, which looks great. The painting was very good and very thorough; unlike some painters, she removed lights, towel bars, outlet covers, etc., instead of just painting around them. I thought I was just getting a painter, but I really believe she can tackle most of my home projects (e.g., wall tile, crown molding, etc.). She also has a very good design eye. I plan to use her next month for similar work in my other two bathrooms."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !
