"Brad Rogers and his painting crew were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home and its contents. We can't say enough about how well the job was done. Wade, Brad's foreman, is the consummate perfectionist. He monitored each and every detail of the job to make sure it was done to his satisfaction. We initially hired Brad to paint the interior of our home, but after seeing what a great job his crew had done, we added painting of our garage walls and floor. This was not an easy job for them. The paint job the previous owners had put on the walls was awful. Paint splotches on the white crown molding, baseboards and interior doors. Also inconsistent coverage of the wall paint. Brad's crew worked very hard to cover all these problems and now the home looks like new. In fact several people have asked if this was a new home based on how well the painting was done. The home is actually 7 years old. We bought it in July and stayed in our apartment until the painting and other remodel projects were done. "Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism. We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered. However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well. They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties. I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch. They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there. Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues. "
"Pro Building handled my niece's insurance claim. She had severe water damage to her house from a HVAC unit malfunction. I referred them to Pro Building because they did work for me before and did a great job for me. Pro Building and their exceptional team came in and not only dried out the property but also moved them out and put them into temporary housing (billed the carrier-not my niece). They took care of everything with the carrier and were able to get everything paid for with them only owing their deductible ($1,000). When I tell you this house turned out incredible, I mean it! They did such a great job! They went above and beyond to help in every way! 10/10 would refer them to anyone needing any kind of insurance claim!"

"I purchased a deal of 24 hours of painting. Instead of one painter coming in 3 days for 8 hours, I asked for 3 painters for one day for 8 hours. They caulked and filled nail holes for base board and quarter round in three bedrooms/two closets and then painted. They also painted a bedroom and ceiling after filling nail holes and repairing the damage done to a wall made by my dog. I made the mistake of purchasing primer as recommended by the Sherwin Williams employee. She told me I needed primer to cover the dark blue, so a lighter color can be applied. However the primer was too dark of gray. Susan Gregg had told me to just buy paint with primer. That's what I should have done, regardless of what Sherwin Williams said. Because of the primer being too dark, the painters had a hard time trying to cover it. During drying times, they painted other small areas around the house. By the end of the day, the gray on the ceiling was still showing through. They were good enough to come back and finish on a Saturday! I do want to say the negative remark about Sherwin Williams is not against the paint. I love the brand. It was just a mistake made by one employee. The store actually gave me a free can because the ceiling needed more paint. My entire house and garage is painted with Sherwin Williams. The paint is 9 years old and still looks good. But, from now on I will listen to what my painter recommends. "

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day. "
