My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! We plan on using BetaPro in the near future, and highly, HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone!!"

I knew that I probably needed a whole new roof on my garage, but was having a hard time finding other roofers to come look at an inexpensive job. Wade came out exactly on schedule and checked it all out. I already had a quote in hand for a new roof, prepared by a friend of the family giving us a discount. Southern Strong's bid came in just a couple hundred over what my friend had quoted, but he quickly agreed to match the quote I had been given. The job was done a couple days later, in a matter of just a few hours. They cleaned up everything really well and did excellent work. Definitely recommended.

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
