My purchase generated from a "Daily Deal." he came to do the measuring and advise potential installation date and time frame.To enable me to have the eight windows done, it did exceed the cost of the big deal. But for what I received it was a worthwhile transaction.
Cordell is polite, professional and worked to fit me into an already full schedule.
He even was able to arrive earlier than anticipated for the installation and called to ask if that was acceptable. He worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up the areas when the work was completed.

"That was it.  Brad Rogers came, did a detailed evaluation of the whole house painting job, made several GREAT suggestions and promised to have me an estimate on the work in a few days.  I gave him my email address and he said he would send me the estimate of work.  Then nothing.  I waited.  I never heard from him.  I finally had to look elsewhere.
Even though I needed the entire house painted (two stories with a front, side and back porch) with some carpentry repair, he gave me the impression during the evaluation that my job was too small, from some of his comments ("we have done a lot bigger jobs than this" or "I can work you in").  He may have been joking, but since he didn't get back to me on an estimate, I may have been correct in my feelings.

Many places I had called, before contacting Home Advisor, had said they would not work on a metal roof or they would not work on a metal roof if they hadn't been the ones to install it. We had a hole in our roof where a vent had blown off. Eric came out that day, checked what was going on, came out the next day and repaired the damage. He and his partner were quick, efficient and friendly and did the work. Appreciate him coming to our rescue.
