I called them 4 or 5 times and they did not respond . They finally got in touch with me.  My shutters were finally  completed on 8/22/2015,  three months after  the original date. I must admit that the final product is perfect.  They did an excellent job.  Just wish that they had corresponded better. As far as using them again, I don't know.  I have to really think about it."
