They quickly sent a very reasonable quote and were able to schedule me for the next morning, weather permitting. They showed up on time and, even though the weather was questionable, started work right away. The weather did not hold out so they had to stop and reschedule for the following week. I offered to go ahead and pay them for the work they did but they refused to accept any payment until the job was complete. They returned the following week as agreed and finished the job. In a time when it's difficult to find people to do work and, when you do find someone, you don't always get the service or quality you'd like, this company is a breath of fresh air!
