Cornerstone Door Company is a family owned and operated business which has been serving Middle Tenneessee for over 24 years. We were first licensed in 1994. Prior to then, brothers, Jim and Larry, managed and provided service for the garage door division of Mastercraft Home Improvement from 1977 until its owner retired in 1993. With this background between them, they have a combined total of more than 70 years experience in the garage door industry. As Cornerstone has grown over the years, we have been able to expand and establish a loyal customer base. More of our family members have become involved and we are grateful to be able to say that even during the past economic turmoil, our business continued to grow. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

Yes, as long as it’s thick enough for the deadbolt. Most interior hollow core doors are at least 1 1/2-inches thick, which is usually the minimum requirement for a deadbolt. Mortise locks are likely the most secure type of deadbolt you can install, but single-cylinders combined with secondary locking mechanisms like vertical locks are also a great option. Smart locks will give you the most flexibility to open and close your locks whenever and wherever you need to.
