I was told that the locksmith would be out that evening which he was, he got the door unlocked and started working on the key fob. He had to return to his shop where he found a key fob that would work with my car. I think it took him just under 3 hours.

Hanna arranged for a locksmith to arrive in 30 minutes. Abul arrived on time and not only re-keyed the lock and made keys for it, he also replaced a bad part in another lock and re-adjusted the strike so it worked properly. He explained everything he was doing, asked us to test each repair to see if it was to our satisfaction, and educated us on the safety feature of one lock that we didn't know about. Very professional, very good work. We would call them again!

I had a rather complicated issue with a programmable key for a truck I own involving losing one of my master keys, leaving me with only one master key, and also meaning I couldn't do a "parking lot program" to a blank key that was cut for the truck. In fact calling dealerships lead me to an average price range of $190 for another master key since I only had one and couldn't do it myself anymore. I continuted to call around and waste my time until I called ABC.
ABC had previously worked with a dealership I worked for and they were always prompt, prepared and lever left us wanting. Unfortunately thy weren't close to my house but faced with a complex problem with an auto key I ended up giving them a call and had two fresh keys prepped and ready to go within 15 minutes of arriving at thier shop. I spent nearly three hours prior trying to go to local locksmiths and local retail spots and every one of them told me they could do the job on the phone but when I arrived they proceeded to turn me away or cut a key and give me instruction on how to program it myself. Hanna asked me exactly the right questions on the phone and when I arrived half an hour later they were prepped and ready to take care of the job. Abou explained the process as we walked outside to te truck and was set up to get the key programmed in moments. He reset the program, set all the keys, lubed my ignition, and tested them multiple times before he was satisfied and even checked they keys again down to the millimeter before he was satisfied.
After wasting an entire day with closer retail options and getting crazy quotes on the key alone (without even being able to program them!) ABC took care of it in minutes and I was back home within the hour. Next time I won't waste a moment with the others; ABC has it all in one spot and while my key was a fairly common, they had a wall of keyless entry units, fobs, and other tumbler and lock options lining the walls. If you have anything that locks and has an issue, give them a shout; I'm confident they won't let ou down.

This was a nightmare. All he had to do was to put locks on and he did not have to do any drilling and he charged me for the drilling. When he left my yard it was raining and the got stuck in my yard and tore my landscaping up and he never came to the house to tell me he did it. It was a horrible experience. I don’t want to do any business with him. That was the only bad experience I had with Angie’s List. I would not have been so upset if he had the decency to came up to my house and tell me he tore up my lawn. I was standing at the window watching him in the mud and tore the yard up.

- Key stuck in lock.
- ABC came and removed the key and fixed the lock. The lock and other parts were lubed.

First of all, the gentleman who answered the phone picked up quickly and was able to set up a time the following morning for work to be done (very prompt response and availability). The technician Joseph showed up the following morning right on schedule (2 minutes early even) at 8 AM. He was friendly and fast and replaced the cylinders on all four of our deadbolts and gave us four new keys. He was finished and out the door in 40 minutes. I would definitely use this company again for locksmith services.

I went on a trip and parked in Long Term Parking at the Nashville Airport (BNA),. I lost my keys and was unable to drive home, I called ABC Lock and Key (456lock.com) and was told they could meet me in 10 minutes. Sure enough within 10 minutes he showed up and 15 or so minutes later I had 2 newly programmed keys. Like most newer vehicles Ford Explorer keys have a chip in them so they have to be programmed. I called several Ford dealers prior to calling ABC and all of them told me I had to have the vechicle towed to them and I didn't want to deal with the hassle and expense of towing to the dealer. I highly reccomend ABC if you're in a bind.. Quick professional service.
