The installer was on time and reasonably priced. He was very professional and had the glass installed in a couple hours. He explained everything very well.

After I had them less than a year the glass went bad. Also, the company that I bought the windows from went out of business so I had no guarantee. They were terrible. They made no attempt to help me out.
