The end result is good, but I'm not happy with them due too poor customer service. There was a problem with poor workmanship that took far too long to correct. If they had not forgotten me or broke promises to me on three occasions I would have been fine. Anyone can make a mistake. I really wasn't unhappy in the beginning. One eave was done properly and the other wasn't. I showed Travis the problem the day they finished- June 23rd. He accepted responsibility for the problem, took pictures, said he was going to talk to the owner, order the materials and redo the area. They finally fixed the eave on Aug. 10th. I feel that if you do a poor job and made promises to your customer, that it is your responsibly to make the repairs in a timely manner and see to it that your customer is happy.
I hadn't heard from them by July 17th, so I called and spoke with someone who had not worked on my roof and did not know the situation. I explained and he said he would be out the next day. I called back and explained I had told someone, not him, that I had told them that Kevin knew all about the eave, but I was mistaken, it was Travis, I was told by someone else, a woman, that someone was probably coming out the next day. No one showed up and I did not receive any calls to cancel. I figured they needed to order parts. On July 28th, I called and spoke to Travis who had forgotten to order the parts to fix the eave. He was told I was getting unhappy with him. He made me a promise that they would make sure they would be out the next week to make the repairs. On Fri at approximately 1PM, I called them because I had not heard from them and was told they would be out that afternoon, No show and no call to cancel. They did arrive on Aug 10th to fix the eave and it does look like the other one. The leak has been fixed and the job looks good now.
I would have preferred better workmanship especially when I got 3 references which were all good. But, by not fixing the eave in a timely manner without me having to call so many times, they are not getting an A recommendation from me.
The day the windows were installed I discovered a large scratch right in the middle of the large picture window. I don't remember seeing it earlier in the day, but noticed it when I went to take off the stickers after the guys left. I believe it happened when they put up the metal flashing over the window. We called the next morning and told them, they said they'd have a guy out to look at it that day. It took several days if not over a week. Then he said they had to order the window, and we didn't hear anything else for over a month. Finally we called them up and they said the factory lost the order, they'd have to re-place the order. So at this point (Jan 7) we are still waiting to get the window replaced that was damaged in November.
Aside from that the work was good, the guys were nice and didn't make a huge mess, though I did have to vacuum when they were done because of bits of blown in insulation ended up on the floor.
All in all, I'd use them again, but be more on top of them as far as checking in weekly until I see results.
