New shower doors installed at mine and my mothers house - was told our current doors were not installed correctly and if they shattered they could kill us - new doors were installed in Feb 2024 and by June one had shattered for no reason at all with my husband in the shower. Went all over the bathroom. Instead of coming and taking the doors down I was told I had to wait on this company’s insurance to handle and couldn’t clean my bathroom up for a week - then the insurance says they won’t pay anything and I can’t get the owner to call me back. My mother’s door which was installed the same day has been reinstalled once and repaired 2 times because of drag on the door and he won’t even reply to her request via email about the “guarantee” which was never outlined on any paperwork or receipts. But is posted on his website - doesn’t seem very guaranteed to me

Excellent product and installation with very professional service.

Excellent service, quality work. Joe was very responsive and communicative. He obviously takes pride in his work, and the shower looks great. What impressed me most was that during the initial installation he noticed the smallest imperfection in the glass, one that I most likely wouldn’t have noticed for months, if ever. He offered to complete the installation, so that we wouldn’t be without a shower for 2 weeks while he ordered a replacement pane. Then he came out and installed the replacement pane at no additional cost. So impressed. Thanks Joe!

It went so well that when we renovated the other bathroom a few weeks later, we called Joe (the business owner) to do new glass doors there, too. The doors are beautiful, excellent quality, and are exactly what we wanted! I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Mr. Mulroney was a perfectionist. He was precise in his measurements and installation. He was prompt in answering phone calls and can tell he has vast experience in shower door projects.

Without the $300 deduction, it was $800.  He took time to go ahead and explain to me. These are for shower doors and an in-shower stall, and he took time to tell me about the different shower doors and how they were locked so that I could make it a selection for what I wanted. He was very good.

It went wonderfully. I think the company is excellent, friendly and professional. Anytime they were running behind they would give me a call and let me know. They also assisted me when my dog sneaked out of the fence. It was a very good experience and excellent quality service!!!

Joe responded quickly once called and came out and measured our shower and provided me with an array of choices we could choose from.  He recommended a product that he felt would be of high quality construction.  The price was considerably higher than the big box stores but he assured us that the construction and quality was superior to theirs.  Also, we are committed to supporting our local and US manufacturer businesses as well.  We originally set a date (2/19/14) in which came and went without hearing anything from Joe.  I called him in order to see what happened to him as I had made myself available to be at home for the install.  I reached Joe on the phone and he stated he did not get the shower in and that there was a backlog and that he should receive it soon.  To Joe's credit he did apologize profusely for not getting back to me sooner and not receiving the door on time.  Joe said he was headed back to the shop and would call me to schedule if it was in.  I never heard back from him.  I called Joe back again on 2/21/14 to get an update on the shower door/install and left a message for him to call me back.  I heard back from Joe that Saturday stating he had the door and wanted to know my availability that day.  I was home all day that day and agreed to have the door installed.  The install went smoothly and looked great!  We are extremely happy with it and would recommend  and use Joe and Precision glass again.

Joe is excellent, extremely professional - did a fabulous job.  I can't say more positives about the experience.    High quality materials, explained the workings of the doors well, just did a tremendous job.  Cleaned up after himself as well.

The installer was on time and reasonably priced. He was very professional and had the glass installed in a couple hours. He explained everything very well.

We needed to have six large, irregular windows replaced which would not have been too bad but they happened to be encased/trimmed out in stone; it was not going to be an easy job and we were not looking forward to what it might entail to even get the job done. There was a strong possibility that most of the stone would have to be replaced which would involve having a stone mason come in after the installation and reset the stone. We had received estimates from two glass companies, one of which didn't even want to attempt the job, the other company didn't respond back to us for weeks, so we put the project on the back burner.
In January of this year we had Joe Mulroney with Premier Glass install a new glass shower door and were extremely pleased with the installation which Joe did, so we asked him if he would consider giving us a quote on the six replacement windows. After inspecting the windows he stated it would be tricky due to the surrounding stone but he was confident he would be able to do the replacements even with the these issues. He told us he would have a quote to us as soon as possible and as he promised, he did. His prices were extremely reasonable especially considering he would have to make an hour drive both ways.
Joe scheduled our window replacement installation for today, and unsure of how long it would take or the issues he would face, he was here early and had the job done in a little over 4 hours!! There were absolutely no problems, the windows came out of the casings cleanly and without a hitch - no issues with the stones. The new windows look fabulous, Joe's quality of work is outstanding.
Joe is a professional in every sense of the word. He has an excellent work ethic, very pleasant to talk to and deal with, he also insured our home was clean (probably cleaner!) when he finished his work.
We would highly recommend Joe and Premier Glass - a pleasure to work with.
