We are now told that we are beyond warranty after the last treatment on 8/16. We started the service back on 6/19. And now after a $625 charge, we still have moles. These folks may be very effective in other areas, but if you need mole removal, this company definitely doesn’t have the solution."

In the best-case scenario, the pipe size is written on the side of the pipe. You’ll often find this with different types of plastic piping like PVC, PEX, or CPVC. For other types of pipes, you’ll have to measure. You can measure the outside circumference with a soft tape measure, then divide your measurement by pi. Yes, it is safe to turn off the main water valve. As long as you don’t force the shut-off valve and break it, you can’t damage the water supply pipes by shutting off the water.
