I had a water leak in my front yard that was not my utility company’s responsibility. The first day I contacted Anas he showed up. I explained the issue n he basically knew what the problem was. We agreed he’d come back when I got paid (SSDISABILITY). Fortunately I was able to schedule appointment earlier. He showed up at the agreed time of 8:30a. He had his own supplies n equipment (a rarity today) lol. I let him do his job occasionally checking on him n he’d show me the leak eventually. At that point he proceeded to repair. Once finished, he cleaned, replaced back what he had excavated n I paid him. We also agreed on doing future jobs as I showed him some other plumbing needs. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
