"I really don’t leave much in line of reviews but felt this warranted one. We contacted Tim of 3 Nails Grace and he came out promptly and took necessary time to listen to needs and wants. He gave good advice along with suggestions for us to think about. He then worked out a cost estimate and received it quickly. We had a budget we needed or wanted to stay in as put out a lot of money prior. We accepted the quote and the crew showed up about a week ahead of schedule which was fantastic. Once they began their no. It went quickly and the crew did a wonderful job. They came out a couple times as needed to recheck where some bugs were coming in without any issues and recheck a couple things. We ca. it say enough about Tim and his crew just a great bunch of men doing a great job and staying in budget. We will use them again and Highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done. "First and foremost, they showed up to give me an estimate. Something that seems to be exceedingly difficult to get people to do. Second, excellent communication before & during the project. Our deck of unknown age/origin, which had an interesting selection of mushroom or some other fungus growing on it (along with some spray painted Greek blue from the previous owners), needed to go. The job was done quickly over the course of 2 days; tear down & build. The site was left clean and they also moved my grills/furniture back up to the deck after completion. Great guys to deal with. We'll likely enlist their services again."

"The porch was done quickly. The crew stayed after dark on the last day to finish because of an expected snow storm. Did some last minute changes to accommodate us. There were a couple of little things that could have been better, a few nails not pounded on all the way, the door needed to be adjusted. Nothing major. We are overall happy with the work."
