They also cleaned up and ensured our space was spotless before they left. This was an excellent experience and we couldn't be happier with the piece of mind they provided at a great price. "After we came to an agreement of what needed to be done and the price, from the time I said "go", Ramos Tree Care was amazingly fast! They happened to have had a cancellation of a big job for the next day, so my fairly big job was booked in that available slot. I had 5 large dying and decaying trees to remove, to make way for new replacement trees arriving, and one to trim. The five crew members arrived promptly the next day, they did a fantastic job safely and very quickly. No accidents of any trees falling on my house or shed. At one point a large tree branch became entangled with a protected electrical wire between the house and shed and partially pulled it down, however one of the crew, who had a background in electrical work, was able to very quickly fix the problem and tighten it up, putting it back in place as good as new. They ground the stumps, and cut up two of the trees into firewood, stacking them in my back yard. Cleaned up nicely!"

"The drainage and prep work for my asphalt driveway done by Wyatt Close left me with 6 inches of mud that he caused to slide into my garage. He made no attempt to clean up the mess he caused. He also personally hit my main water line into the house and broke it. I was left to get rid of 40 tons of contaminated gravel and wash mud out of my new garage. He left me his mini excavator and told me I would figure it out on my own. I received a bill ($2000) for the use of his equipment to fix the damage he caused. His was below substandard and he kept informing me that the mud in the garage was my fault. He claimed he was going to make it right ... Instead he whined about his equipment being dirty and blamed the situation on me. Wyatt Close is the most unprofessional individual I have ever had to work with. However, if you enjoy being lied to and your property destroyed, he's the guy you want."
