"Kathy the owner manager worked with us for approximately 2 months in preparing for the repair job. We had problems with laminate flooring due to a dishwasher leak from a newly remodeled kitchen. It took a while to get the company to be responsible for the leak due to a plumber error that the company contracted with. We did not get the finances resolved and just went on to repair the floor.
