"The cost is for 2 visits and they service 3 units per visit. They recently tore off some insulation to get to an inspection and didn't put it back. They fell all over themselves to fix it when I called them. My A/C froze up a couple of weeks ago at 9 o'clock at night during the week and someone came right over at a low cost.
