"Ben and his team did an outstanding job on my parent’s house. We are preparing to sell their home and the carpets, tile, wood floors, and deck look amazing! We are super pleased with the professionalism, promptness, and pricing. Fresh Impressions awesome!"

"Prompt service after request, but the technician failed to clean steps properly and some spots on the floor could have used more thorough cleaning. The company offered to come back out and see if they could clean the trouble areas. The second technician was thorough in the service he performed. The company was interested in providing a quality service. In my case, I think the technician made the difference, I would hire again if I knew I had a good technician."

"I really liked them.  The first place I lived had new carpet and it made me sick.  I talked to Chem-Dry to figure out the problem.  They’ve been really friendly and courteous and helpful.  They have a product that’s good for allergies."

"I was very happy with the service I received. They responded quickly to my request, provided a quote and did the work right away. I was happy with the whole process and would definitely use them again."

"Helpful young man Who did exactly as he said he would and he did a wonderful job. I recommend him highly"

"In December 2018 we contracted with Grigore Hardwood Flooring to install Brazilian cherry flooring in our foyer, after first removing 40-year old ceramic floor tile and the concrete/mortar base it rested on. The price was reasonable, and the result was outstanding! We began with inspections and quotes from Grigore and another flooring company with excellent reputation. Both companies responded promptly. Perhaps a significant reason we chose Grigore were the examples of decorative flooring shown on his website. We chose to have our dark Brazilian cherry highlighted by a border of the dark wood and light maple. The tear-out was more work than anticipated, but Grigore and his crew did a great job of preparing the new subfloor. Indeed, his carpenter who did most of the prep work and finished flooring was highly skilled and did excellent work. We could not have been more pleased."

"This is (as of last use) a single person operation.  She has cleaned my
2750'sq house three times.  Generally, I have been really pleased.  Like
all housekeeping services, I find certain people are better at some
things than at others.  I don't want to give the wrong impression.  All
work was satisfactory.
Done Right's forte is bathrooms, kitchens, vacuuming and removing pet hair from furniture.  At these items she excels!
Wood
floors, and dusting are good to satisfactory.  Some of that is our
fault as the house is not always as organized as it should be.
I like Done Right, and would use her again.
