Done Right Cleaning Service

After a little bit of trouble arranging a time, she arrived and reviewed the area. Since I had a larger area than most, we agreed upon an extra $20 for the larger area. 
She did a pretty good job cleaning which included vacuuming carpets and floors, mopping kitchen floors, bathrooms, and tiled basement area. She also cleaned the bathroom including toilets, shower, and garden tub. She spent several hours cleaning the place and it helped out my working wife quite a bit.

It turned out really well! I don't believe there were any additional fees.

It wasn't that great. They weren't as thorough as we wanted them to be. We are not using them anymore. They were professional but their quality was lacking.

It has gone well.  Cindy has cleaned for us since May 2013.  She does a good job & is flexible about targeting specific areas such as a guest room or bath if we are having guests.
It is my intention to continue to use Perfection Cleaning Solutions.

I had pointed out specific things such as the baseboards that needed to be done and they needed to point this out to them.  They did not clean it properly or pay attention to details.  She used a shop vac and this is not hygienic because it blows the dust and dirt particle into the air. There was an entire list of items that they were supposed to clean such as baseboards and woodwork and they did perform these items consistently.  Another example was the shower door and it didn’t look like they had even cleaned it at all.  She did try to correct these items but her assistant mainly worked on commercial properties and was also not detail oriented and she did not seem to take ownership of the issues that I had pointed out.  Based on this cleaning I would not use or recommend their services to others as the cleaning was not up to my standards.

THEY WORKED VERY FAST AND EFFICIENTLY.  I THOUGHT THAT ACCORDING TO THEIR COUPON ON ANGIE'S LIST THEY WOULD WIPE DOWN THE KITCHEN CABINETS, BUT THEY DIDN'T DO THAT.  OTHER THAN THAT, WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.  THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL

Cindy did a great job. She was friendly, but professional. She was a few minutes late, but called ahead to let me know - I really appreciated that. Asked me exactly what I needed done and then followed through with everything.

I thought I would be able to clean my house myself after moving out, but I was so exhausted by 3 days before my move that I knew I was going to need help. I found Done Right on Angie's List and they said "Yes"! Cindy & Glen arrived the day after the move (a Friday), a little later than we planned because they already had a job booked earlier that day that took longer than expected. But they worked hard until I was ready to call it quits and then came back early on Saturday to finish. The house was absolutely sparkling when the buyers walked through on Sunday. Done Right did right by me, for sure! I will always recommend them.

Cindy is nice and pleasant.  Her helper was nice but quiet.  She felt we were too far from her home, so we won't be doing further business, but she kept her commitment.  Some of the jobs she said were standard don't seem to have been done....like wipe down the kitchen cabinets and appliances.  There were spots left on the fridge that came off easily.  There is a tiny round rattan coffee table in the bedroom and a big "wad" of lint was behind it.  Our house is large, but there were bedrooms that were uncleanable so that made the house way under 3000 feet.  She wanted to do more work to make her trip worthwhile, so we let her clean a few sets of large, wide blinds, and clean some small screens, for $50 extra dollars.  They seemed to do a good job. 
To be fair, we have not finished the remodeling, so the house was a mess in many places.

She brought her child with her, who ended up carving some things into my floor. She also left the front door open all day, even after she left. I could tell she didn't do some of the work that she was supposed.

Okay.  No real attention to detail. Clutter, which I will admit is a problem and no doubt hard to clean around, was moved and left even more  jumbled and unsightly. Vendor had sold me a one-time cleaning special priced at $95 for cleaning 3000 feet.  When she arrived, I disclosed that my house was more than 3000 feet (more like 3,500) and she said she'd take an extra $50 to do the whole thing, on top of the $95 I had already paid.  Thus I paid nearly 50 percent more money for her to clean about 16 percent more space.  I could have negotiated further, but just didn't feel up to it. Not really sure about these low-priced "specials" advertised on Angie's List...find that I feel better about delineating a specific job with a specific vendor.  Live and learn.

Cindy arrived right on time and went right to work after walking through the house and reviewing what we wanted done.  She is fast, efficient and thorough and knows her job  quite well.  Very pleasant personality but doesn't waste time talking or visiting.  Quite pleased with the job she did cleaning the house.

She did a great job because I had a old house that had new construction done to it so there was dry wall dust all around. So when she was done you couldn't even tell that it just had 37 windows put in. I don't even know how to explain this. She was there within two weeks. She was very understanding, cooperative and she came two different times because it was a lot of work to be done. She worked with me that's what I was impressed with.

I last used them July of last year. This is the first time that I used this company and I was not very happy with their service because the “Big Deal” is very misleading. They said that $79 for the full house cleaning for up to 3,000 square foot and our house is a little more than 3,000 square foot. We told the lady that came out there was a couple of rooms but she wasn't happy to do that. So, it was not the best of experience honestly. What we really wanted was for that lady to vacuum and clean the bathroom and the kitchen which was mainly included but she didn't do lot of the areas in the bathroom and some parts on the kitchen too. The only I liked on that was the price of the “Big Deal” and the fact that she came on time.

They were on time for the appointment and did a fantastic job.  When they were through, everything shined!!  I will definitely have her clean my home in the future.

I contacted Done Right (Cindy) approx 3 weeks ago.  Arrangements were confirmed for 6/13/2013.  Cindy said she would be here at 11:00 she arrived at 5 past eleven (you can't ask for any better).  Our house was extremely dusty and lots of clutter.  My wife has had many health problems, confined to a wheelchair, since September of last year and house cleaning was not a priority.  Cindy and Gene went right to work.  One area in particular we are pleased with is the shower stall.  There was mold on the floor and around the bottom frame and the sliding doors were very water spotted.  I have spent many many hours trying to get them clean with little success.  When Cindy and Gene got through with them the doors were spotless and most of the mold was gone.  We were so impressed with their service that we made another appointment for next month.  One couldn't go wrong by having them clean your home.    Lee Walker

Cindy returned my initial phone call promptly and we scheduled her services at my convenience. She and her helper are very friendly, professional, and thorough. They brought their own supplies and equipment, worked together in a room at a time, and spot-checked each other's work. I highly recommend Done Right Cleaning Service. They live up to their name!

I have used Done Right Cleaning Service two times so far, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and the cost of their services. I have decided to continue to use them on a bi-weekly basis, because they are so good.
