"I called on a Friday and he was able to come that Monday. He is very straight forward and honest. He took the time to explain things and how to prevent it in the future. Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. I was very impressed with the hard work put forth and he drained not only the wastewater but the sludge. "Scott came and looked over the job a couple weeks before when we were at the property.
Gave us bid price of $350 that was very reasonable for the height of the tree and the fact that a huge part of the top spread over the roof of the house.
Scott cut it down from the top down starting with branches at the top and worked his way down.
He then chipped up the trunk. He cleaned up the work site and removed all the wood.
There was no damage to the roof or the house.
