"I called on a Friday and he was able to come that Monday. He is very straight forward and honest. He took the time to explain things and how to prevent it in the future. Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. Scott cut it down from the top down starting with branches at the top and worked his way down.
He then chipped up the trunk. He cleaned up the work site and removed all the wood.
There was no damage to the roof or the house.
