"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"After calling several roofing companies for pricing and availability, I scheduled a roof maintenance service with Southern Strong because they offered the best price AND could accommodate my schedule. The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. After he caulked the exposed nails and re-secured the headwall flashing, he showed me photos of the completed work. He said that if that these repairs didn't solve the problem, he would recommend replacing the flashing and the affected shingles. It is now seven months later, and I haven't had a single problem with the roof since then. "I had a great experience with this company.  Not perfect, but great anyways.  The representative estimated the cost of my project and explained the different price points of the stone including the difference between using a remnant and ordering a slab.  He came out to the house and measured everything for us.  He went through his entire inventory of remnants that would fit my project and had them ready for me to look at when I went back to the store.  I fell in love with a piece of granite, river white, and of course there wasn't a remnant large enough for my project.  They ordered it for me and it was here in a week.  They set up the install while I was out of town.  My mom let them in.  When we got home we realized that the hearth was not the proper width and the side pieces were not exactly where they were supposed to be.  Our representative came back out, agreed that there had been and error and promised to take care of it.  A new hearth was cut out of our remnant and the installers came back out and pulled the first one off, did some onsite cutting and installed everything again.  It now looks amazing.  I plan on using them again in the future and would recommend them to my friends.

"Ronnie was very thorough looking at the chimneys and analyzing our needs to give us an accurate quote. He thoroughly talked through the quotes and allowed me to ask many questions. When he came to do the job, he brought a helper (Big John). The two guys completed the job in a few hours, stacked the excess bricks nicely, and cleaned up after themselves. When doing the chimney sweeping, Ronnie laid out large cloth tarps to catch any falling ash/dust/debris and used a highly sealed vacuum to clean up inside our house when he was done. He even attached fans to the top of the chimneys to draw a lot of the ash/dust up out of the chimney instead of letting it fall into our living room. I was dreading having our chimneys cleaned expecting it to be a huge dirty mess. Instead, Ronnie and John worked quickly and kept things nice and clean.
As an added bonus, both men nicely talked to my four year old son who wanted to know EVERYTHING that they were doing."
