  I spoke with Paul over the phone a couple of times and we agreed upon a fair estimate (considering what everybody else wanted). He initially said he would not be able to to do it for a couple of weeks, but I wasn't in a big hurry so it was OK with me. He called back the next day and said he could come out the next morning. I was at work when his crew came out and did the work so I can't say how professional they acted. My wife's only complaint was the cigarette butts that they left in the back yard. My complaint was that they had to dig up a bit of my neighbors yard and they forgot to fill in the hole so I had to go fill it in. I'm sure it was an oversight, but that was my only complaint.   Kevin was very professional and polite. Not only did he survey my land, but he also helped me understand the original builders plat that I received when I purchased my house. He was very informative and provided several options for the different surveying services (like iron rod and flag markers) I needed in order to properly plan a fence. He provided honest quotes up front for a basic survey and a more complicated one that required him to utilize his survey equipment.   I completely liked them. They were very professional. The only thing I had a little bit of trouble with was on the timing of getting it done. We had a drought here and after the drought we've been having rains every day. They were trying to survey in the rains but I found they had given the drought just a bit value they were hundred percent. I have no complaints about themshow more

  A great job and great communication. I sent a response through Angie's List to Weatherford on a Saturday not expecting a response until Monday and was very happily surprised to get a response back within a couples hours. The estimated price seemed fair and so I scheduled the job for their earliest opening. We got rained out on that Friday date but they were here at the next available date on Monday. Paul Weatherford is a very professional and congenial guy and he and his crew set to work immediately. They found my corner points quickly and then lined the property. Paul said the job went quicker than estimated and he dropped the price $100! Now that is fair...that is so rare to find in a contractor these days. Thank you Paulshow more

  I cannot be more pleased with the experience. We've been going through a home remodel for over a month of a newly purchased late 70's home. I've been very frustrated at the level of overpromise/undercommit by virtually everyone we've come into contact with. This was definitely not the case with Kevin. He was very responsive, professional, courteous and did exactly what he said he would do exactly when he said he would. We had to reschedule the survey and delay by one day due to pouring rain. Kevin called immediately to let us know that he would need to move to the following day and showed up exactly when he said he would the following day. He spent several hours completing the survey and marking all lines and then spent almost another hour walking us through where he had marked and anything relevant he thought we should know. He asked permission to drive on certain parts of the yard before doing so and even with permission, decided not to as he was concerned about marking the still wet areas. I highly recommend Edmonson and am very happy that he's the one we chose to do our workshow more

  I have contacted a few surveyors in Nashville. They would either not call back or be a no-show, and it has held up my ability to put a fence on my property. I contacted Kevin and he responded immediately. He set a day and time to be here as soon as he called. He also answered questions I had prior to the survey and was quick to respond.
