They were good.  They were quick.  They didn’t take very long to do, maybe a day to do the entire thing.  It looks real good.  I enjoyed it.  It was expensive, but they did a good job.   They were in my backyard for a week.  I would certainly use their services again.

My experience from the beginning with Mr. Tomlin was challenging. As the General Contractor/Project Manager, he promised that he would start the next day but subcontractors didn't show up for several days and when they did, they just had to come back the next day to fix what they did wrong...then several more days would go by before anyone else would start working. Our overall construction included grading of our backyard that has never been totally completed, concrete pool decking that has little to no brushed finish creating a very slippery finish, a fence where most posts are not plumb, several places where the dogs can get out, a warped back gate that you have to push with your foot to open, and gaps as wide as a few inches with nail finishes that will make you gasp. He decided to connect our pool backwash pipe to the gutter boot creating a complete mess (water spewing everywhere) when all he had to do was connect it to the sewer where it should go so that it doesn't drain into the neighbors' yards.  We had to plead our case and argue with Joel on all the sloppy work and all he cared about was getting his final payment. This guy over promises and under delivers and talks a slick game. Do not use him to manage your project. However, he did a great job on our landscape design.
