A big shout out of thanks to Robert Kropa and Smith Roofing for a great job of taking my old roofing off and replacing with a new. Robert and his crew did a great job of making sure everything was done correctly and timely. The take off, replacement and clean up was all done in one day. Everyone was very nice and we had timely communication throughout the inspection, quote, and repair.

From start to finish and from getting a couple qoutes for our roof replacement, we decided to go with Smith's Roofing. Roof AND new gutters look fantastic. Will be using again soon on a shed. Chris our salesman was very thorough in explaining every detail on cost, products, time frame, and installation, as well as expectations from them and us. No surprises! Ricky (Crew Leader Manager) and crew were very respectful and very talented. He went above and beyond going over some other issues you can't see after removing the old existing shingles and plywood black tar paper covering. Ricky and crew also did quite a bit of extra little details at no additional cost they didn't have too do for me, and im sure every situation is different. Has an excellent attitude and was patient with me in explaining things I didn't understand. Pricing is another area I was happy with. I recommend at least getting a qoute from Smith's if you are thinking about a new roof.

Needed a major home roof replacement and had a great experience with Smith Roofing. Davis was awesome on the front end answering all my questions (even when he was on vacation), highlighting details with the project and gave me a great price. Rickie was the project manager and did an awesome job with his crew. He ensured my complete satisfaction every step of the way. The quality of the job exceeded our expectations. Brad and his team did an outstanding job with our roof and gutters. When the roofing was removed, several issues were discovered which complicated the work significantly. Brad took it in stride and explained, in detail, what was wrong, what my options were and the best way to make the repairs. Once complete we walked around together and noted a couple things that were taken care of immediately, these issues were very much cosmetic and most folks would not have noticed. The team left the premises looking at least as good, if not better than when they came. Big thanks to Brad and his team! Highly recommend!

Smith Roofing & Exteriors is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. They ignored repeated warnings to cover our roof before a major storm, which led to severe water damage throughout our home. Instead of fixing the situation, they abandoned our project, leaving our deck roofs dangerously supported by 2x6s wedged into the ground. They?ve been nearly impossible to communicate with, and when they do respond, they are rude, dismissive, and show zero concern for safety. Since dealing with them, we?ve heard many other horror stories from others. Their high ratings are misleading ? stay far away from Smith Roofing & Exteriors.

James and Jonathon are great guys doing great work. They repaired a leak around my chimney using a better method than original. I am impressed and confident in their work.

Everyone who worked on the project at my home were on time, professional, and courteous. Courtney was very efficient in coordinating all the schedules and keeping me informed at all times. Brad did a great job overseeing the roofing and making sure the job was done and everything was cleaned up afterward. Wyatt and Andy did an expert job on water damage under gutter area. Good to find a business with people that show up and keep their word.

Mike Weaver and his helper, Jesse, did a "reloading room" build-out with cabinets and butcher block top. I asked the company to make it look like furniture and it compliments the room nicely! Excellent job!

Brad was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use Smith Handyman Services in the future and request Brad as my technician.

My project was rehanging a towel rack and removing a hex wrench from a sink drain. Kurt Boller was the service provider who did these tasks competently and quickly. He explained clearly why the towel rack had come down and then reinstalled it. He was very personable and knowledgable. It was my first experience with this company and I will definitely call them when the need for their help arises again!

We are very pleased to have found these nice people. We are elderly and needing more and more help around the house. The person I talked to first was very knowledgeable and polite. They texted when they said they would. They arrived when they said they would. The young man was polite and very capable. He did a fine job. We are thrilled. We are telling all our friends about Smith Handyman Service.

We had some hiccups at the start of the job but got things figured out. I'm happy with the outcome but I had to do some clean-up afterwards.

Great job, same day service ! Very friendly and qualified but I had to clean up. $335.00 to hang 3 light fixtures was a bit pricey tho.

We hired Smith Handyman Service (SHS( to install a new roof and gutters. We worked with their team to talk about roofing options, quality of materials, installation standards, etc., and the SHS team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us a fair and competitive bid and addressed all our concerns. As they were removing the old roof shingles near our dormer windows, they found a problem and immediately alerted us to it, carefully showing us exactly how the previous trim had been installed incorrectly, and we were able to see where water had been leaking in over the years. We worked with SHS to come up with the best option and ultimately decided on new shake siding for the dormer windows. Within 1 day of finding the problem, SHS was able to acquire the shakes we selected and had a crew onsite to do the install to take advantage of the nice weather. Now- the roof is done and it's beautiful, the dormers look like new with shake siding, and our family feels safe and secure from the weather - and proud to look at the house when we drive up. Excellent work, quality all the way, professional, well-skilled crew. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Smith Handyman Service. We will definitely use them for future projects.
