He had to work in a tight crawlspace to do drain and supply lines, and then into a hot attic and roof for the vent system. Troy was thorough in his quote and meticulous in his work. He had to put in a new vent stack thru the roof. Interestingly, all the other plumbers I talked to said they would plumb the vent into the attic, but would not go thru the roof, that I would be responsible for getting someone else to do that work.
