Down payment of half is due at beginning of any installations. Balance then due upon satisfaction of completion of job. Even with weather related challenges, these guys did not miss a beat. When the irrigation system installers came, he worked with them almost flawlessly and to my satisfaction. I have seen poor craftsmanship, unsafe structures, and faulty work throughout my life. so, I retired from being an electrical superintendent to change the way contractors do business and to create safe structures that you call home.
