"Sean and his team did an outstanding job with our backyard hardscape including an amazing waterfall. He guided us through the entire process and explained his next step in great detail. Even with weather related challenges, these guys did not miss a beat. When the irrigation system installers came, he worked with them almost flawlessly and to my satisfaction. "Job not completed. They put my driveway going straight up the hill. No switchbacks. The only way to get up to camper pad was to use 4 wheel drive. The road is totally washed out. They did not fix it as promised. Then they put my camper pad below my septic. I did supply them with all septic info from the health department. After having a meeting with them, they did put in another pad above septic. I continued to speak of my concern with the driveway many times, and they said they would address it. They cleared the path for power lines but left 2 trees in the way. They have not returned to remove them or fix my washed-out driveway. I am so disappointed in how I have been taken advantage of."
