"I was 75% satisfied. I told them that some of the things I wanted to do, they needed a pretty good size ladder and they didn’t one long enough so the guy wasn’t able to complete the task but other than that, I did have several other tasks that needed to be done. Everything else was taken core of appropriately. I was just disappointed that he didn’t have a ladder long enough in order to replace a shutter that the wind had blew down. For everything else he had done and he was very, very nice, everything was good except for the fact that he didn’t bring a ladder long enough and he gave me the impression that if he was in the area again, he would get a big enough ladder and come by and finish that but from that point to this point, I’ve never heard anything else from them. As far as he was concerned, he had a basically something piece of paper that asked me if I was satisfied with their services and I signed it and I said yes but at the time, I was under the assumption that if he happen to be in the area with a longer ladder, he would be more than happy to replace that shutter to this day that might been done. So that was my only disappointment was that his ladder was not long enough to do everything and that actually was the main reason I had to call them, I had 3 shutters that blew off of my house. He replaced 2 of them and could not get to the one and one of the shutters seemed replaced had since blown back down. If they could have brought a bigger ladder and replace that shutter, I would have been 100% satisfied. They were very courteous. He showed up at the exact time he was supposed to or on time. He said he had a big ladder and he didn’t think he needed a ladder that big and he was sorry he didn’t bring it but he made no offer to go get the ladder and come back which I don’t know if it was possible to do that or not."
