What impressed me the most is that they did the job right, no cutting corners, no making excuses etc. If they hit a snag, which this house was built in the sixties as a fishing cabin so there are plenty, they figure it out before moving forward the correct way. Their pricing is reasonable, and considering the quality of their work, a bargin. I highly recommend Patriot Home Improvement for all remodeling needs, large or small. These guys like to work and are thankful for the opportunity to work. This is a rare trait in today's world. You can't go wrong with these guys! They will be doing another remodel job for me this fall as well as all my projects."

They added a "picture frame border around the top of the deck that hides the ends of the decking. They added joist tape to protect the tops of the floor joists. If Fran wasn't happy how something was done, he had his crew re-do it. I also found them very friendly and easy to work with (I asked a lot of questions). The downside of this quality of craftsmanship is that it doesn't come cheap, but you do get what you pay for! They also do not stain / paint the deck, so there is an additional expense with another company to do this. Highly recommended."
