He pinned down the root of the problem, explaining every step of the process. No one is happy spending a lot of money on plumbing but he saw to it that I got the best price, there was financing available so that was very helpful. And he stayed until the job was finished. A total of 6 hours, long into the night after sun had set still toiling away in the backyard so I wouldn't be stuck with no toilet. What a class act.
