"Next day, he came on time and started taking measurements of my water heater area and we decided to buy PENFIELD water heater by STATE from Ferguson's for around $360 dollars. It was a 40 gallon water heater and better features than my older one but littler taller (around 4 inches). He brought water heater to my home and removed the old one, placed the new one. He had to cut some of the pipes to adjust level of pipes as newer one was taller than older heater. He placed everything neatly and started checking faucets for air in pipes and once we got water. He turned on the gas line and showed me how to do it and what precautions i need to take. And finally we got hot water. He took the older heater with him for disposal and cleaned the place very well behind his work. He received his full price of $ 250.00 from us and we got all the satisfaction for working with such a genuinely nice plumber who can work efficiently and deliver his promises."
