"It went wonderfully. We had already contacted several people to come out to evaluate the problem. They were either unhelpful and unknowledgeable or wouldn't come on a weekend after hours. We finally lucked out and got ahold of Bruce on a Saturday afternoon. He was at our house within 2 hours and had our pipes fixed a half hour later. He is reasonably priced and professional yet very friendly. We will always call Bruce for help and highly recommend his services to anyone else. Steve and Sue"
