Had a septic tank alarm go off while I was out of town. Guys came out diagnosed the problem and got it fixed asap. Even came back to ensure everything was ok and worked with the county to ensure all was in spec. They got it done on a saturtday at that so we could resume our normal activities. Good guys to work with and would recommend to anyone.

Williamson County Septic Services, WCSS responded quickly to our call. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly (failed pump). They obtained another pump quickly and installed it quickly, working over the weekend to make it happen.
Per county regulations, we had to get a permit for the emergency repair the following Monday. They helped coordinate the permit with the county and the follow-up inspections.
The county also required that we pump our tanks as part of the repair permit. WCSS worked with us to find a time that was convenient.
The location of the tank is far from ideal -- about 75 feet away and about 15 feet lower than where they had to park their pumping truck. One of their trucks had just enough suction to do some of the pumping, but not when they got to the sludge at the bottom of the tank. The other truck had a better, more powerful pump and was more effective and was able to get out the sludge, even over the horizontal and vertical distances they had to pump.
Also, this is a large tank (3,000 gallons) and required two trucks, which they have.
One thing you should know is that when it comes to septic in Williamson County (and probably in most TN counties), it is critical that the company you hire has a good relationship with the county inspectors. Williamson County Septic Services does have that relationship (but I don't want to imply anything un-toward -- completely on the up and up.)
We did not do price comparisons, so I am not sure whether we paid a fair price for the services. However, this is the third septic company with whom we have had involvement and they are the only one we can say are reputable. I'd say that if you are price shopping and they happen to come in slightly higher than others, it would be worth it to trust your job to them.
We have some other work still to be done, but that will be a few months out. We will report on those activities with another review at that time.

I was very pleased with the work this company completed. They were very punctual, clean, and took care of this very fast. The price was right around what I thought it should be and I will have them back out again when I need more work done.
