For my job, I was seeking a contractor that could perform all exterior and interior home refurbishing. After receiving a fair project quote from Manuel Féria, the owner of C&M, we quickly reached a firm fixed price (FP) contract for all materials and labor required to complete the job and agreed upon a one (1) week start date to commence the project. The project involved both exterior and interior phases. The exterior phase included: 1) the cleaning of all exterior walls, windows, and the roof and gutters, 2) carpentry repair work to replace all damaged wood and trim, 3) the rehanging of the gutters following trim replacement, 4) exterior repair of the chimney, 5) the painting of all exterior surfaces including the metal railings, and 6) the deck repair and final staining. The interior phase included: 1) the repair of drywall cracks, 2) the painting of walls, ceilings, and trim, and 3) the interior staining of newly installed windows. The refurbishing project was completed in two (2) weeks for the agreed upon fixed price. All work was performed by skilled professionals that arrived on time daily, completed their work and cleaned up at the end of each day for the interior phase. All exterior repairs were completed using quality materials done by expert carpenters. The interior and exterior painting was performed with true craftsmanship employing attention to details. I can honestly say that C&M outperformed my expectations for the entire project. The house is now refurbished inside and out and looks truly great, I would definitely recommend C&M to anyone needing home repairs/painting and plan to use them again for future work. Mr. Morgan painted a living room ceiling and walls.  The ceiling had old water stains and had probably never been painted in almost 30 years.  He was very quick and finished the job faster than I would have thought possible.  Initially, I had planned on doing the walls myself, but his prices were so reasonable I had him do the walls as well.  He provided everything, and after I gave him a paint sample, he used his professional expertise to choose the best brand of paint for my walls. The results are fantastic.  He was very professional, polite and we had a great conversation while he painted the living room and I painted some other furniture. 

Mr. Morgan has been contracted to remove the popcorn and redo a ceiling in a small bedroom in a few weeks.  I look forward to posting another positive review upon completion.

"Brad and his crew did a SPECTACULAR job. The most impressive part was the prep. Anyone can paint a wall. These guys sanded everything. They remudded as needed -- some walls needed to be nearly redone to get them to a quality surface for eggshell. Eggshell (slight gloss) shows every imperfection. But when Brad's crew was done, it was like glass. 
The trim work was perfect, including a high gloss repaint of the kitchen island which was previously stained. They knew just what to do to make this paint-over work and it looks fantastic. Finally, they managed to get all 11 colors right -- and this was all done while we were still living over 1000 miles away. I gave Brad a key and he took care of the rest.
