After we discussed the options along with up front pricing, I decided on replacing the water heater. He said he could get the new water heater and install it the next morning. To his word he was here this morning before the scheduled time, and he and Scott started immediately. The heater was located in the crawl space so they worked in tight quarters.. I donâ t normally leave reviews, but in this instance, it is warranted. Based on my experience with Craig and Hicks Services I will use them in any future plumbing situations, and I do recommend if you need something fixed or repaired at your home you call them and give them a chance to earn your business. But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."
