Working with Robert was a pleasure. From the first phone call to the successful installation, Robert was courteous and professional. He promptly responded my text messages and directly answered my phone calls. He did a beautiful job putting in a new water heater for us. He was also generous, as he found an issue with a part in my toilet (while ensuring the water heater installation was successful), and he replaced the part for free. Robert is amazing. He reached out right away and stayed in communication about everything. He explained his work and is clearly very very knowledgeable. He first attempted to educated himself if a repair for the part was possible and gave it a shot. Although it didn’t work, I appreciate that he tried. Instead I had a new water tank installed, which he did quickly and seamlessly. When the hot water tank stopped working 6 weeks later, I called Robert. For the day after Christmas, Robert came straight over to diagnose and fix the problem (caused by cats, not malfunction). He saved the day.
