"I'm really in the middle ratings-wise, leaning towards "D" but giving the benefit of the doubt... I've had them for about a year and honestly cannot say I'm too impressed. My yard was in good shape grass-wise, but needed some weed control. Sad to say, weeds continue to pop up in my yard, and I've had them out a couple extra times for more treatments. It's obvious the applications miss a lot of spots or are just ineffective. I was expecting to be basically weed free by now, but it is not even close. It's actually no better (or worse) than when I called them last year to start annual service."

Results: Weeds were more than I ever had before, seed did not grow, moles are still there and no guarantee on anything as it was insinuated that we did not water we have a sprinkler system that runs twice a day. I was trying to be patient with this company and let them stand behind the seed not working, but they chose not to. I guess we are not that important to them at the end of the day. Probably $800+ spent which was a complete waste since I pulled the plug after they wanted to charge me again to come out and seed again - advice to others: find someone that stands behind their service or do it yourself as you can buy a lot of seed and weed control for that and a few hours of your time or call someone local to our area."
