He has alot of knowledge and educated me on why my water heater failed and fixed it. Replaced the elements, thermostats, anode rod and flushed the tank. Tankless heaters are also more efficient, so comparing gallon-for-gallon, you’ll spend less on hot water with a tankless heater.
