"Kevin and his crew showed up on time and solved all my issues with plumbing for a 28 year old condo. He removed and installed a new 40 gal. hot water heater, fixed a drippy faucet, and installed and removed a new bathroom sink. Service was excellent. On time and great for my pocket book. Excellent job and will recommend to all of my friends and co-workers. Awesome!"

I recommend Vortex Filtration Inc to design build and install their patented Vortex water system to solved all well water conditioning issues. Toilets questions, answered by experts

Many homeowners stress about cleaning before an emergency plumber arrives, but you’re far better off doing the following while you wait for your plumber to get to your home:

  • Shut the water off at your water main if you have a leak or a burst pipe

  • Avoid using any water fixtures in your home, including appliances

  • Clear a path to the problem area so that it’s easily accessible

  • Consider shutting your breaker if you’re concerned that the leak may affect your electrical system

The average cost to replace a toilet fill valve is around $100, and prices range from $50 up to $150, depending on your location, the experience of the plumber, and how accessible your toilet is. In most cases, a professional plumber can replace your fill valve in under an hour, although it might take longer if they also need to fix or replace other components at the same time.

A wax ring can often last the entire lifespan of a toilet, which is typically 20 to 30 years. However, it may need to be replaced sooner if it becomes damaged. Signs that your wax ring needs replacement include bad odors or leaks coming from the base of the toilet. The wax can also dry out, flake, or crumble if the toilet was not secured correctly upon installation or has become loose over time. If you notice your toilet wobbles, it's a good indication that the wax ring may be compromised and should be inspected to prevent leaks.

Yes, many services include removing and disposing of old toilets. Confirm with your provider.

There are a few ways to unclog a toilet without a plunger. Break up the clog with homemade solutions containing soap, vinegar, and baking soda, or simply let hot water spend some time in the drain. You can also use a two-liter soda bottle filled with water to push pressurized water into the pipe to dislodge the debris (see the steps above).
