Then, you drag a tool (like a knife or trowel) over the material to create unique designs.

Epoxy paint is a popular option for concrete due to its durability and stain resistance. You can also use masonry paint, which adheres well to concrete. Acrylic paints are more affordable but not as durable. Concrete stain is another option, which is more durable than paint and won’t peel over time. 

Because of its chemical composition, you don’t need to prime fiberglass before painting. Paint will adhere without issues and have a smooth, even appearance without needing a primer coat. However, a top coat may be necessary to limit damages from weather and ensure you don’t need to repaint your door so soon.  

The cost to paint a room is about $2 to $6 per square foot. Painting interior walls averages about $1,100 per room. The low end of the price range can be as little as $150. On the high end, you can pay upwards of $2,000, depending on the size of the room, type of paint, prep or repairs involved, and your geographic location.

To fix bubbling paint, scrape away any loose or blistered areas using a putty knife. Lightly sand the surface to smooth out rough edges and create a level finish. Clean the area thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, and any residue. Once the surface is clean and dry, apply a quality primer suited to the material you're painting. Finally, repaint the area, making sure to work in proper temperature and humidity conditions to prevent new bubbles from forming.
