"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business. I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served. I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project. I would recommend them without any reservation. I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed. Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"Couldn't be happier with the service. Toilet is a very nice replacement for the very old toilet that was in the bathroom. Installer also fixed 2nd toilet -- though that's going to need to be completely replaced soon as well as it's also very old. Will happily use this company again."

"We moved to Knoxville last month. We immediately noticed the hardness of the water and the chlorine smell. Our previous home in Ohio had a Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis unit. Having grown accustom to over 20 years of excellent water quality for both drinking and household use, we called Kinetico dealer Aqua Clear Water Systems. David and Robert Brewster came out to our home and assessed the water. They confirmed the hardness of the water and chlorine content. They recommended a custom configuration they have developed for our area. We had the system installed today and now have the comfort in knowing that our water is as clean as can be for drinking, showering, washing clothes, etc. The installers (Red and John) did an excellent job and explained in detail how everything worked. I would definitely recommend having them come out to your home to explain the benefits of a Kinetico system."

"Matt and his guys responded promptly, gave us a complete estimate of the necessary work, explained why we needed the specific type of water heater we did. They installed the new water heater the same day, and overall made what was some rotten news much more bearable. I will call Matt's again in heartbeat to fix any future plumbing issues we might have."

GLA Services is Knoxville's premiere handyman/home repair service who is also a licensed electrician. We will bill the job upon completion and payment is expected at that time. We currently accept cash, check and credit cards. We are working to be able to offer financing in the near future. We do offer free estimates however, if you are needing a written estimate for an insurance claim we will charge a service call fee.

"Eric did a fantastic job at our house. Remodeled the kitchen, two bathrooms, installed a large porcelain floor on lower level, painted, and built a free standing deck/building outdoors.
I was impressed with the fact Eric can do everything: carpentry, electric, plumbing, ceramic...and all was done beautifully.
