"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"I never contacted the provider or used this service in anyway. I have to
write this review so that the request to write this review stops
popping up.
The rating is bogus as it is required to be able to submit.

"Mr. Hall was very pleasent to work with. He came out and gave me a quote very quickly, and was very helpful with making changes to the plans. His crew was always polite and kept the job site tidy. I'm a stay at home mom and they were very considerate of my baby and our dog. The job was completed in a very timely manner. There was only a small delay because of weather (rain). Mr. Hall seems like he is out to give you what you want, not what he thinks you should have. I dealt with many contractors giving me bids on the project. He was one of the last bids I got, but the very first to call back and check up! I would recommend them to anyone!!"

Yes, pros can offer guidance to achieve desired aesthetics and match existing decor.

Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process. Some plots of land sell for $3,000, while others cost upwards of $150,000.

Blueprints are generally available for houses built after the early 1900s. Before then, detailed building schematics like blueprints were rarely used and even more rarely saved. If you have an older house and need blueprints, you can have a new set drawn up by an architect or draftsperson.

Pros provide detailed quotes and efficient management, reducing overspending risks on materials and labor.
