I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. He explained the process throughout the inspection to let us know what he was looking for and gave us a detailed report with pictures afterwards. We decided to go ahead and do the encapsulation and dehumidifier along with one area of support. They were able to schedule the job within the week. Kenneth, Jose, and Javier arrived on time. They introduced themselves and explained everything they were going to do. They were friendly and professional and answered any questions I had. When the job was complete, they cleaned everything up, did a visual inspection with me so I could see everything they did, pointed out a couple of things I need to take care of soon, and finished their day.
